This release is packed with many small improvements across all areas.

Integrated PDF Viewer / Editor

We were able to integrate a PDF Viewer, where you can easily edit PDF Forms, draw and add signatures directly on any PDF!

Dashboard Improvements

We incorporated a lot of feedback for our dashboards. The key improvements are:

  • Added a Text Widget

  • Legends:

    • Added option to show percentage

    • Added option to show average (in Time Series)

  • Enable Dashboards for Time Bookings

  • Enable Dashboards for Time Terminals

  • Time Series, Bar Chart, Pie Chart: Add option to set number of groups

  • Accounting Item Dashboards: Allow to group by Account No

  • Site Progress: Add Spent Hours and Cost Performance Indicator as source

Web Application Improvements

The web version keeps getting a lot of attention. Almost all end-user related operations can now be done in the web version. Only admin related topics like Excel configuration, report design and forms design are still only available in the desktop version.

  • Added Multi-Column-DropDowns, similar to desktop version

  • Significantly Improve Performance of the Main Grids

  • Adding many more operations to match functionality of the desktop version

Reference Files/Pictures

The new option Reference Files allows you to easily assign already uploaded files to any element.

Add multiple Deviations

If you select more than one element in the main list, you can now choose to add individual deviations per element instead of only one deviation. E.g. if you select 5 lines and use this option, 5 deviations will be created and can be tracked individually.

Employee / Time Tracking Improvements

Several improvements were made to easier manage Employees and Time Tracking:

  • Add Default Hours on Employee Level. The default hours will be considered when adding new Work Days (e.g. via the Work Day Calendar)

  • Employees: Anonymize now works when you select multiple rows

  • Employee Certificates: Add Import function

  • Time Terminals: Add Last Heartbeat Column to see, if a terminal is online or not

UI for adding automatic Imports/Reports

For admins: If you have automatic imports or reports, the previous XML options window is now an easy-to-understand User Interface. Simply add new configurations (e.g. folders to import) and adjust the settings via these new windows.

Tools

  • Added Tool Maintenance fields

  • Renamed Inspection fields to Calibration/Certification

  • Navigate between Package Items and Project Tools

Report Changes

  • Report Designer: Show Column Description in Dictionary

  • On Save the report is now verified and shows errors directly

  • Added support for custom fonts

  • Report Viewer: Add option to Merge PDF and save to database

  • New Report Option: Convert PDF Attachments to Pictures: With this setting all PDF documents for an item will be added as individual pictures per page in the PDFs. Especially helpful for accounting items to display pictures and pdfs in the report, regardless of the uploaded format

  • Report Button is now enabled in Multi-Project-Mode. However, cross project reports are not possible, but you can print reports project by project now

  • Show a progress on rendered pages when generating a report

More Changes

  • Integrated Virus Scanner for File Uploads

  • Copy Task Template from other Project now includes Files

  • Export S-Curve Data to Excel File

  • Site Progress/Manufacturing: Add calculated fields “Progress Updated by” and “Last Progress Modified Date”

  • Daily Logs: Other Daily Logs from the same date can now be used as inspiration

  • Task Recurrence: Support months with 29,30 and 31 days

  • Accounting Item: Link Accounting Items to Purchase Order Items

  • Rename Claims Module to Cost Impact

  • Main Lists: If you have grouped columns and click the select all column, the groups are now expanding automatically

  • Site Progress: Add aggregate function for Spent Hours and Cost Performance Index columns:

    These fields are now also available for the dashboards!

Setup Changes

Manage Projects is now integrated into the UserDialog, CompanyDialog, ReportDialog and ExcelTemplateDialog

More setup changes:

  • Recycle Bin for System Data (includes new rights for it)

  • Add History for ProjectReportAdded, ProjectReportDeleted, ProjectExcelTemplateAdded and ProjectExcelTemplateDeleted

  • Edit User Roles: Add filter to only show rights for currently available modules

  • User Roles: Added Copy button and removed the based-on role on add

  • Add Right to Activate/Deactivate Users

  • Add individual rights for Company Module: View/Add/Edit/Delete/Import/Export

  • Users and Employees: Add a right to anonymize a user/employee

  • Data Restrictions: Allow to restrict users

  • Mailer/Excel Configurator: Added field to read e-mail addresses for notifications directly from Excel

  • Add Copy function for Company

  • Data Restrictions and User Roles: Order is now considered. Admins can only assign roles that are equal or below "their" user role / data restriction

  • Import: Support importing of deviation references
